Under the picture, the caption reads: on crowded roads. The picture is vividly and humorous to reflect that the problems of traffic jam have become more and more serious.

　　First of all, there is no doubt that the problem of traffic is bound to everyone. All of us have to go out every day. Nevertheless, the public has been so angry for the situation of traffic. Although government take efforts to solve the problems, the condition is still not changed in effect. I deem the first thing that everyone should do is just having a good habit and remembering to obey the rules forever. One who like to break down the rule and go though roads abruptly must cause more chaos, which is more terrible to let more people follow his or her example. So I need to know own responsibility as a citizen. Our government also need to build up a comprehensive system to control a city's traffic.

　　In short, solving the problem are not able to succeed at once but go through a long program. If everyone can do well a thing which belongs to own duty, I believe we can enter the future without traffic jam.
