　　Good morning，dear judges!

　　I”m very glad to stand here and give my short speach to you. I” m a young English teacher from XueLang Primary School. I”m No.4. Today my topic is "Holiday".

　　我很高興地站在這裡，給我簡短的發言給你。我是年輕的英語老師從XueLang小學。我四號。今天我的主題是“假日” 。

　　As we known, there is a lot of holidays in every country, especially in China. You see，the new year is coming，2009. And the first holiday of 2009 is the New Year’s Day. So, I want to give my best wishes to you and a “Happy New Year!”

　　正如我們知道，有很多節日在每一個國家，特別是在中國。你看，在新的一年的到來， 2009年。第一節日是2009年元旦。所以，我想給我最良好的祝願您和“新年快樂！ ”

　　Well, when I’ve got this topic, I remember a holiday at once, that is the Children’s Day——the Children’s Day last year. Why Because there is really something impressed me.

　　那麼，當我有這個問題，我記得度假一次，這是兒童節-在兒童節去年。為什麼？由於實在的東西我留下深刻的印象。

　　During the first year of my teaching career, I always work with full passion and attention. I like children, I like to study and play with them. Sometimes, they make me feel that I’m not a teacher but a friend. I believe that if a student like you and he will like the subject you teach.

　　在第一年我的教學生涯中，我總是工作，充分的熱情和關注。我喜歡孩子，我喜歡研究，發揮他們。有時候，他們讓我覺得我不是一個老師，而是朋友。我認為，如果一個學生喜歡你，他會喜歡你的主題教育。

　　Every Children’s Day, people will hold a big celebration, so do our school. Before that day, we would make preparations for the activities. I and another new teacher were in charge of the “Ringers” game. We felt a little nervous because we had no experience. So we tried our best to decorate the place to attract children. And we took our computer with us to play the funny cartoon music. Then we wait for children to come.

　　每一個兒童節，人們將舉行大型慶祝活動，所以我們學校。在此之前一天，我們會作準備的活動。我和另一個新老師是負責的“鈴聲”遊戲。我們覺得有點緊張，因為我們沒有經驗。所以，我們盡了最大的努力來裝飾的地方，以吸引兒童。我們在我們的計算機與我們合作，發揮有趣的卡通音樂。然後，我們等待孩子來。

　　Out of our surprise, when the celebration began, lots of children rushed to our place and asked for playing the game. There was a long line. The music played and played, children happily came and went. But time was limited. 40 minutes later, we had to declare game over. At that time, I saw a little boy who didn’t want to leave, when we said to him the game was over again, he even cried. So, I let him play again. And he got the last toy. When I gave the prize to him, he smiled and said “ Thank you, teacher.” I felt so satisfied and because of the smile I wasn’t tired at all.

　　在我們的驚訝，當慶祝活動開始時，許多兒童送往我們的位置，並要求玩遊戲。有一長排。音樂比賽和發揮，孩子高興地來了又走了。但時間是有限的。 40分鐘后，我們不得不宣布比賽結束。在那個時候，我看到了一個小男孩，誰不想離開，當我們對他說，比賽是一次又一次，他甚至哭了起來。所以，我讓他再上場比賽。他拿到了最後的玩具。當我給他的獎金，他笑着說： “謝謝你，老師。 ”我覺得很滿意，因為我是微笑不累的。

　　So, in my opinion, we teachers must pay more attention and patience and the most important——love to children. If you give a little love to children，you will get a great deal back.

　　因此，我認為，我們的教師必須付出更多的關注和耐心，最重要的-愛孩子。如果你給一點愛孩子，你會得到大量回來。
