  踐行“守望”——“守望小學英語教學”演講稿

  各位領導、各位老師:

  大家好!

  九月是收穫成功的季節,九月是充滿希望的季節,九月也是我人生做出重要選擇的季節。在這丹桂飄香的九月,我與小學英語結下了不解之緣,不知是我守望着她,還是她期待着我。在九月英語教學逐漸成為我生活中的一種需要,融入我的生活,成為我體現工作價值、生命價值的有力見證。

  剛開始,我常常為自己薄弱的語法基礎、貧乏的口語深感汗顏,但對於English的那份執着告訴使我--永不言放棄。由於經驗不足,我在教學中常常遇到這樣那樣的問題,但失敗澆不滅我對英語教學的如火熱情,俗話說得好,“學習是知識的源泉,知識是學習的指南”,我下定決心在學習中充實自己,武裝自己。很榮幸我參加了市縣組織的小學英語培訓,通過學習,使我大開眼界:授課教師抑揚頓挫的講解,師生流暢自如的英語對白、學科專家生動詳實的精闢點評,令我深深折服、嘆為觀止,從而再次堅定了我做好英語教學的信心、決心和恆心。

  榜樣雖好,但“依葫蘆畫瓢”卻不見得會一蹴而就。雖然教學中遇到了溝溝坎坎,磕磕絆絆,但我依然不懈地追尋着自己的永不泯滅的希望,在這樣的一種信念的支撐下,我昂首行進在英語教學的漫漫征程之中,在英語教學這塊沃土上默默地耕耘着。

  “功夫不負有心人”!當連字母都讀不準的學生欣喜地向我說:“I was successful!”;當視英語為惡魔的學生帶着滿臉的成就感向我說:“I can be the teacher.”;當見了英文就頭痛的學生向全班學生說出“:I love English!”的時候,我知道我成功了。“一份耕耘一分收穫”,風雨之後我終於見到了彩虹,此時此刻,我感覺世界是那麼的美妙,生活是那麼多彩,這不就是我夢中的希望嗎?這不就是我對美好生活的渴求嗎?

  在我的心中有一個踐諾——那便是“守望”,在我的手中有一粒金色的種子——那便是希望,在我的生活中有一個目標—那便是成功。我用我的雙手在孩子們的心中播下渴求知識的種子,我用我的勤奮在孩子們的心中播下熱愛學習的種子……也在我的心中播下希望的種子。我用心守望着這份希望,我用愛守護着這份希望,默默地看着她破土發芽,看着她開花結果,我堅信幼苗終會長成參天大樹。

  我要大聲說:守望着自己愛着的田地,不就是人生最大的幸福嗎?

  Hello!

  Every leaders and teachers,

  September is a season of harvesting success, a season of full of hope and a season for me to make important decision In the September when the orange osmanthus give out sweet fragrance, I have made friends with primary English. Whether I am keeping out her or she is expecting me, English teaching is becoming a demanding of my life eventually and becoming a powerful testimony to embody my value of woke and life.

  A t first, I always felt shamed for my grammar weakness and lack of oral English, however, the persist in English told me to never give up. It is well said that:” Learning is the sources of knowledge and knowledge is the guide of learning.” I made the decision to enrich and equipment myself in the process of learning. It is my pleasure to have joined the training of primary English-teaching several times. Through the learning, I have broaden my horizon widely: teaching teachers’ cadent explaining; the fluent English dialogue between the teacher and students; the trenchant comments of the experts made me be filled with admiration and strengthen my confidence ,resolution and perseverance of doing well of English-teaching.

  Though the example is good, following after a fashion is not sure to be successful. It is avoidable that there are some troubles and problems in the process of teaching, which will not damp down my enthusiasm to the English-teaching and I still pursuit my ever-lasting hope enduringly. Under the support of this belief, I raise my head and advance in the long journey of English-teaching and cultivate in the fertile soil of English-teaching.

  “Everything comes to him who waits”---When the student who can not read the letters clearly said to me pleasantly:” I was successful”; when the student who regard English as the most disgusting thing said to me with achievement all over the face :”I can be the teacher”; when the student who felt sick of English said to all the class :”I love English”, I know I succeed! “o pains, no gains.” After the storms I have seen the rainbow. At that moment, I felt that the world is so beautiful and the life is so colorful, which is the hope in my dream and eager for the beautiful life.

  There is a promise in my mind----“look out”,; there is a golden seed in my hand---hope; there is a goal in my life----success. I sowed the seeds of eagerness of knowledge in the minds of children with my hands, I sowed the seeds of loving learning in the minds of children with my diligence and also sowed the seeds of hope in my mind. I am watching the hope with my heart, defending the hope with love, seeing her sprouting、flowering and fruiting silently, I have the confidence that the seeding will become a grant tree at last!

  I want to shout loudly that: is it the biggest happiness that watch the field that one loves most
